Berriedale was built around 1800 and has recently undergone extensive refurbishment by its present owners to include two self-contained holiday apartments. Situated in the centre of the town, it is just a few yards from both the West Bay Beach and the shops, with the railway station a few minutes' walk away. There are many restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby, and a wide variety of shops.

Living room/fitted kitchen with dining area and sofa bed, bedroom with double and single bed, and shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher and washing machine.
